Overview

Endurant Solutions LLC respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what is needed to respond to your inquiries and provide our services.

Information You Provide

When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you choose to share: your name, email address, your business name if you give one, what you need help with, your message, and your budget and timeline if you choose to share them. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and discuss potential work.

Contact messages are delivered to Endurant Solutions through our email service (Mailjet). When our primary contact service is available, inquiries are also saved in private Azure storage. If that service is unavailable, an existing email-only contact route may be used. Access is restricted to Endurant Solutions and the providers needed to process your message. We keep inquiries as long as needed to respond and keep a record of the conversation, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Automatic Information

If you allow analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure page views and aggregate website traffic. It may process browser and device information, an approximate location, and a pseudonymous browser identifier. We send route templates and a generic page title; query strings, referrer paths, contact form fields, and message content are excluded. Google advertising signals and ad personalization are disabled. Google may use cookies or similar browser storage for analytics.

Contact Form Safeguards

• Form fields are validated both in the browser and on the server before any message is accepted.
• Message length is limited to prevent abuse.
• A hidden field check helps filter automated junk submissions.
• Submission rates are limited to reduce spam and repeated junk submissions. To do this, the site stores a one-way scrambled version of your network address with each message. It is not your actual address and cannot be turned back into it.
• If a submission fails, you are given a phone number and email address to reach us directly.

Cookies

This site does not require analytics cookies to function. Google Analytics 4 may set first-party cookies or use similar browser storage only after you allow analytics. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change or withdraw your choice.

Third-Party Services

With your permission, Google Analytics 4 processes website measurement data for us. Contact inquiries are handled by the email and hosting providers described above. These providers have their own privacy policies; Endurant does not control their independent practices. We do not send contact-form contents to Google Analytics.

Your Choices
